How do I create an account?
- Click on the " My Account " icon located in the top right-hand corner. Then click on the " Create an Account " link. Fill out the form completely and click the " Create " button when completed. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
- Click Here to access the password reset page. Enter the email associated with your account and you will be sent a password reset link.
How do I change or add an address?
- Click Here to log into your account. Once logged in, you can edit and add addresses under " Account Details ".
Can I change or cancel my order after I place it?
- If you need to make any changes to your order, please email us to email@example.com immediately after making your purchase. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify the contents of your order. Orders cannot be canceled once they have begun processing.
What size do I order?
We know that every customer has her own unique shape, which means there is no foolproof way to find the perfect size when shopping online. We do provide a general sizing chart, product description, model size, and other details on every single product page to help you figure out what you need. Please see the size chart on each product page. If you are still not sure about the sizing, please email us to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you.
Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
- Applicable sales tax will be added automatically to your order if appropriate based on your shipping location. If you do not see sales tax added to your order amount at checkout then you will not be charged sales tax.
Can I use discounts code to purchases E-Gift card?
- We are sorry, but discounts code cannot be used for the purchase of a E-Gift card.
My order won't go through. What Should I do?
Sale items are not eligible to apply discount codes.
- Our website works best with Google chrome or Safari, so please make sure you aren't using Internet Explorer or Edge. If you're still receiving an error message after checking over your credit card information, billing and shipping address, make sure you're using the latest version of your web browser.
What shipping methods do you offer?
Where do you Ship to?
- Standard shipping ( Shipped via USPS ). Pink Me Blue offers Free Shipping for all continental U.S.A orders, including Alaska & Hawaii. Processing time is typically between 1-2 business days to be fulfilled and shipped. Orders shipped via standard delivery arrive in 3-5 business days ( Monday ~ Friday, not including holidays ).
- Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following business day.
- All orders ship from Los Angeles, CA, U.S.A
- We currently ship to the continental United States, including Alaska & Hawaii.
- We currently Do Not ship international orders and APO/FPO/DPO and PO boxes. ( Coming soon )
When will my order ship?
How can I track my order?
- Once an order is submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to the email associated with your account. Orders typically take 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped. Expedited orders placed before 4:00 PM ( 7:00 PM ET ) will be shipped the same day. Weekends and holidays are not business days and are therefore excluded from processing and shipping times. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
- To check the current status of your order or to view your order history, log in to your Pink Me Blue customer account page. If you're having trouble with logging in, or cannot find your order information, please contact our customer service at email@example.com
My tracking says it was delivered, but I don't have it. What now?
- Once your order has been placed, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation that includes the tracking number for your package. Please allow 24 business hours for the tracking number to activate. You can also track your order Here.
I received damaged or incorrect merchandise. What can I do?
- If you have any issues with receiving your order, please contact us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a brief description of what's going on so that our Lost Package Investigatory can help you out.
- If you believe that you have received defective merchandise or that we shipped incorrect merchandise, please email us first and submit a request to our Returns Center. Click Here.

When will I get my Store Credit ( E-Gift Card code for return )?

What forms of payment do you accept?
How do I Apply My E-Gift card code or a promo code at checkout?
- When you checkout, you'll have payment option to pay with any major credit card providers including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, AfterPay, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Discover.
How does AfterPay Work?
- To use E-Gift card, simply input your gift card code at checkout. There's a box labeled " Gift Card or Discount Code " on the right hand side of the checkout page above the subtotal.

How do I use AfterPay?
- Ordering with AfterPay. AfterPay is a " Shop now, enjoy now, pay later " payment option on the site available for orders totaling $20 ~ $1,000 that are being shipped within the United States. Your order will be paid for using a card of your choice in 4 equal installments that are automatically charged to your card every two weeks. The first installment is due at the time of purchase.
How does the AfterPay payment schedule work?
- Just shop Pink Me Blue and checkout as usual. At checkout, choose AfterPay as your payment method and you will be directed to the AfterPay website. If it's your first time using Afterpay, you'll be asked for register and provide payment details. If you've used AfterPay before, just log into your AfterPay account. Then complete your order on our site.
- Please note, all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for payment with AfterPay and the total amount due must be $20 ~ $1,000.
When will My items be delivered if I use AfterPay?
- When using AfterPay, you must make your first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments are then charge automatically to your selected payment method every two weeks in equal installments. If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log into AfterPay to make your payment early. AfterPay will then adjust the amount owed accordingly.
- Afterpay orders are delivered in accordance with Pink Me Blue's shipping policy, and will be sent our directly after your purchase, like an any order on shoppinkmeblue.com.
