Register with Pink Me Blue, and you can track your package with USPS.
Please note: Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify the contents of your order. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have begun processing. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.
We do offer free shipping on all continental orders, including Alaska, Hawaii.
All orders ship from Los Angeles, CA, United States.
- All orders placed before 4:00 PM (PT) / 7:00 PM (ET) will ship out the same day. All orders placed after this time will ship out the following day.
- All orders take 1-2 business day to be processed and packaged before they are shipped out of our warehouse.( Monday ~ Friday )
- Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following business day.
- Weekends and holiday are no business days, and are therefore excluded from processing and shipping times. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
- Please remember that delivery time does not include weekends or holidays.
- All orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders typically arrive in 3 to 7 business day ( Monday ~ Friday ) not including holidays for the continental United States.

- Delays with USPS shipping.
- Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The USPS service will be responsible once we ship the packages.
- Product marked delivered, you will need to contact your local port office regarding your packages.
- Lost Packages: Once the investigation is complete, if your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address. We will replace your items if they are still available. If we cannot replace them, then we will refund your order to our E-Gift Card. If shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund. If you input a wrong address, we are not responsible for any replace or refund.
- All our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact to the carrier directly to investigate this issue.
- When the order is valued at $ 350.00 or more, we require a signature for delivery. This will help ensure that the order was delivered correctly.
- It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel / change your order or to change the address of the order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us or email us as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
