What Is Your Return Policy?

Pink Me Blue Boutique gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online for a store credit ( Pink Me Blue E-Gift Card only) within 30 days from the date of the purchase date. 

In case, returned products found damage and used will not receive store credit. This includes stains, smells, pet hair, damaged zipper, rips, safety pins on product, crochet rips, incomplete buttons or strapping, make up stains, and etc. 

  • All returned item(s) must still have the original tags on them. You can start your return here.

Exchange Items

Pink Me Blue Boutique exchanges for the same item in a different size when we are notified of the request within 30 days from the date of the purchase date. We have a limited number of styles on the site and, because of this, we can't guarantee an exchange. Item(s) or size(s) not available will processed as a store credit ( E-Gift Card ). 

  • All exchange item(s) must still have the original tags on them. You can start your exchange here.

The cost of return or exchange shipping label is $6.00 per return or exchange . We will deduct $6.00 from your refund order or item.

    Defective Items

    Items damaged or defective may be returned by contacting customer care here within 3 days of delivery. You must send a photo to us of the damage or defect  along with all the details of your order invoice to our email. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. 

    We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling.

    Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.

    Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a incorrect or missing item(s), please email us as soon as possible at info@shoppinkmeblue.com so we can get that sorted out for you.

        How Do I Return My Merchandise?

        We'll send you are pre-paid label for return shipment after return claim is completed via Return or Exchange Center.

        For approved returns:

        • Please review our return policy to be sure your return meets our requirements. Returns that do not meet requirements will not be accepted.
        • Go To Return or Exchange Center ( Click Here
        • Please print out the return label, place unwanted merchandise in a shipping bag that in included in your shipment arrived. Securely repackage your item(s). Enclose a copy of the receipt and drop off at your nearest USPS Post Office. 

        When Will My Return Be Processed?

        Once we receive your return, we will refund the amount. We typically process all return within 2-4 business days. Once processed, you will receive an email notification showing it has been completed and your Pink Me Blue E-Gift Card will be issued. We appreciate your patience, please record your tracking information to check when it arrives back to our facilities.

         

        Afterpay:

        Styles purchased with the afterpay payment method are eligible for return for a E-Gift Card as long as they are within our return guidelines. Placing a return will not alter afterpay payments.

         

        Changing or Cancelling Your Order:

        Sometimes happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must email us immediately at info@shoppinkmeblue.com

        If you place an order and missed to use your E-Gift Card, we cannot apply the credit afterward. If you have any issues with your E-Gift Card, please email us at info@shoppinkmeblue.com before placing your order.

        We reserve the right to refuse and refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.
